Cancel Your Purchase

You have a 14-day right of return from the day the order is received. Return shipping costs are at your expense, and the parcel must not be sent to a parcel locker. You may only choose a refund.

For reasons of food safety and hygiene, opened food items and food items with a broken seal cannot be returned. Unopened items in their original, unbroken packaging may be returned within the cancellation period. If there is an issue with your product, please contact info@bagsvaerdlakrids.dk.
