Cancel Your Purchase

You have a 14-day right of cancellation from the day you receive your order. If you wish to return your order, the parcel must be dispatched no later than 14 days after you have informed us that you wish to make use of your right of cancellation. You bear the costs associated with the return yourself.

The return parcel must be sent directly to our warehouse and must not be sent to a parcel shop or parcel locker.

For reasons of food safety and hygiene, opened food items and food items with a broken seal cannot be returned. Unopened items in their original, unbroken packaging may be returned within the cancellation period. If there is an issue with your product, please contact info@bagsvaerdlakrids.dk.
