Ordering and payment

All prices shown on the website include Danish VAT and other duties. Prices are daily prices.

Ordering

Once you have placed an order, you will receive an online confirmation.
If you do not receive this confirmation within 1 hour, please contact us.

Du vil desuden modtage en ny mail, samme dag som din ordre er afsendt.

Payment

We offer several payment methods. The most secure option, and the payment method we recommend to all customers, is to pay by payment card.

We accept the following card types:

Online card payment

When paying with an electronic payment card, the amount is only charged once the goods have been dispatched.
Payment is made via a secure and encrypted SSL connection (Secure Socket Layer). This means that your account details cannot be read by unauthorised parties.

When you pay by payment card, we reserve the right to verify that the personal information provided is correct.
We may reduce the authorised amount at any time – for example, if a product is out of stock or no longer wanted. However, for security reasons, we can NEVER increase the authorised amount.

Delivery time

We dispatch your order within 2–3 business days. Delivery is typically next-day once the parcel has been collected by GLS. The delivery method depends on your choice at checkout: delivery to your address or to a parcel shop. You will receive an email or SMS with tracking as soon as the parcel is on its way, and you will be notified again when it has either been delivered or is ready for collection.

We always dispatch orders in the order they are received.

Rettidig levering forudsætter dog at GLS overholder dag-til-dag levering. Såfremt der opstår forsinkelser hos GLS vil dette tilsvarende forsinke leverancen. www.bagsvaerdlakrids.dk kan ikke drages til ansvar for forsinkelser hos GLS. I tilfælde af meget forsinkede (adskillige dage) eller decideret udeblevne leverancer, fremsender www.bagsvaerdlakrids.dk naturligvis en ny leverance uden beregning.

Delivery to Bornholm and certain small islands is not covered by the next-day delivery target, as shipments to these areas may in some cases take 2–4 business days.

Track and trace your parcel

When we dispatch your parcel, you can track the shipment with a track and trace number. As soon as the parcel is scanned in by GLS, you will receive an email or SMS with a tracking link so you can follow the parcel all the way. Depending on the delivery method you have chosen, you will receive updates when the parcel is on its way to your address, has been delivered, or is ready for collection at the selected parcel shop.

Shipping costs

Vores fragtpris er fast uanset bestillingens størrelse. På www.bagsvaerdlakrids.dk kan du vælge mellem levering til pakkeshop eller hjemmelevering til den adresse, du angiver ved bestilling. Når din ordre afsendes, modtager du altid et track and trace nummer, så du kan følge pakken fra vores lager til det valgte leveringssted.

Returns and right of withdrawal

Ved køb på www.bagsvaerdlakrids.dk har du 14 dages fortrydelsesret. Fortrydelsesfristen udløber 14 dage efter den dag, du har modtaget din vare.

If you wish to withdraw from your purchase, you must notify us clearly before the deadline expires. The item must then be returned no later than 14 days after you have informed us that you are withdrawing.

For reasons of food safety and hygiene, opened food items and food items with broken seals cannot be returned. Unopened items in their original, unbroken packaging may be returned within the withdrawal period.

Returns are at the customer’s own expense. Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will refund the amount paid for the goods.

If a parcel is not collected from the parcel shop or is refused and therefore returned to us, we will refund the amount paid for the goods once the parcel has been returned. Any additional return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund.

We do not accept parcels sent cash on delivery.

Complaints

You have a 24-month right to complain in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act when you shop with us. If there are faults or defects with an item, please contact us as soon as possible and within a reasonable time after you have discovered the problem.

When contacting us, please provide the order number and a brief description of the problem. In the case of visible damage or defects, please attach photos so we can assess the case more quickly.

If the complaint is justified, we will find a solution, which will typically be a refund, a replacement item, or a proportionate price reduction, depending on the specific situation. Any reasonable shipping costs in connection with a justified complaint will be reimbursed.

Please note that faults or damage caused by incorrect storage or handling after receipt are not covered by the right to complain.

We do not accept parcels sent cash on delivery.

Items must always be returned securely packaged.
