The most secure option, and the payment method we recommend to all customers, is to pay by payment card. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We accept the following card types:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Visa\/Dankort<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Visa<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>MasterCard<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>MobilePay<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Online card payment<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When paying with an electronic payment card, the amount is only charged once the goods have been dispatched.<br\/>Payment is made via a secure and encrypted SSL connection (Secure Socket Layer). This means that your account details cannot be read by unauthorised parties. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When you pay by payment card, we reserve the right to verify that the personal information provided is correct.<br\/>We may reduce the authorised amount at any time \u2013 for example, if a product is out of stock or no longer wanted. However, for security reasons, we can NEVER increase the authorised amount. <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Delivery time<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We dispatch your order within 2\u20133 business days. Delivery is typically next-day once the parcel has been collected by GLS. The delivery method depends on your choice at checkout: delivery to your address or to a parcel shop. You will receive an email or SMS with tracking as soon as the parcel is on its way, and you will be notified again when it has either been delivered or is ready for collection.   <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We always dispatch orders in the order they are received. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rettidig levering foruds\u00e6tter dog at GLS overholder dag-til-dag levering. As soon as the parcel is scanned in by GLS, you will receive an email or SMS with a tracking link so you can follow the parcel all the way. Depending on the delivery method you have chosen, you will receive updates when the parcel is on its way to your address, has been delivered, or is ready for collection at the selected parcel shop.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Track your shipment with the GLS track and trace system <a href=\"https:\/\/gls-group.eu\/DK\/da\/find-pakke\">here<\/a><\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Shipping costs<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vores fragtpris er fast uanset bestillingens st\u00f8rrelse. VAT (delivery to the specified address)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Returns and right of withdrawal<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ved k\u00f8b p\u00e5 www.bagsvaerdlakrids.dk har du 14 dages fortrydelsesret. Fortrydelsesfristen udl\u00f8ber 14 dage efter den dag, du har modtaget din vare.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you wish to withdraw from your purchase, you must notify us clearly before the deadline expires. The item must then be returned no later than 14 days after you have informed us that you are withdrawing.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For reasons of food safety and hygiene, opened food items and food items with broken seals cannot be returned. Unopened items in their original, unbroken packaging may be returned within the withdrawal period. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Returns are at the customer\u2019s own expense. If there are faults or defects with an item, please contact us as soon as possible and within a reasonable time after you have discovered the problem.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When contacting us, please provide the order number and a brief description of the problem. In the case of visible damage or defects, please attach photos so we can assess the case more quickly.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the complaint is justified, we will find a solution, which will typically be a refund, a replacement item, or a proportionate price reduction, depending on the specific situation.
